For massage therapists

One good session doesn’t make a regular.

Plebco runs the follow-up and the rebooking text after every visit, so the client who came in for one thing keeps coming back.

Runs alongside Mindbody, Vagaro, Square or whatever you use now. Setup in about fifteen minutes.

She came in for her shoulder. Her shoulder got better.

That is the whole problem with massage, and it is different from every other appointment business. She came in because something hurt, you fixed it, and the reason to come back left with the pain.

She meant to book monthly. Almost nobody does. Three months later the shoulder is bad again and she books whoever has an opening that week, which is not necessarily you.

A client who comes monthly is twelve appointments a year. A client who came once is one. There is nothing in between except a process, and most practices do not have one.

Nothing about a massage creates a deadline

A haircut grows out. Nails grow out. A dog mats. Nothing about a massage forces the next appointment. That is why so much of this industry sells memberships: it is an attempt to manufacture a cadence the service itself does not create.

You do not need a membership to do that. You need something that reaches her before the pain does.

The follow-up she was always going to need

Plebco runs the follow-up after the session, the rebooking nudge when she is due, and the reach-out if she has gone quiet. Every client, every time.

New clients run on a typical interval. Once a client has been in a few times, Plebco works to the rhythm she actually keeps, which in massage is almost never the one she said she would keep.

~2–3 weeks

Working through something specific. Injury-led.

~4 weeks

The monthly client, or the one who meant to be.

~6–8 weeks

Maintenance and stress management. The real-world monthly.

Drifting

She used to be every four weeks. It has been eleven.

Examples. Once a client has a few visits on file, Plebco works to her real interval.

What runs after every visit

The part nobody owns

Your booking system takes the appointment and closes the ticket. After that, it is somebody’s job to remember, and at a busy shop nobody does.

  1. 01Reminder24 hours and 2 hours before, so they show up
  2. 02Follow-upafter the visit, in your voice
  3. 03Rebookingtimed to when they are actually due
  4. 04Referral askonce they rebook, when they are happiest
  5. 05Soft nudgeif they do not book
  6. 06Win-backif they go quiet
  7. 07Milestonesbirthdays and anniversaries

All of it in your voice, running on its own, without anyone at the desk having to remember.

Works with what you already run

Keep Mindbody. Keep Vagaro. Keep the notebook.

Plebco is not a booking system and does not want to be one.

  • Nothing moves off your current tool
  • No migration, no retraining, nothing new for your staff to learn
  • Your clients book exactly the way they always have
  • Square and Acuity connect directly. Everything else imports by file.
  • Your client list is yours. Export it any time.

Control

It sounds like you, because you tell it how

Messages go out from a real number your clients can save and reply to. Plebco drafts your first few so it learns how you actually talk, and you fix anything that is not you. After that it runs on its own.

Your voice

Tone settings, set once. Read the first few, change anything that does not sound like you.

One word ends it

A plain “stop,” or “please don’t text me” in their own words. Instant, automatic, compliance record kept.

No message fees

No per-message charges, no caps, no overage at any plan.

The things people actually ask

I’m a solo therapist. Is this overkill?
No, it is arguably more useful. A solo practice has nobody at a front desk to notice a regular has gone quiet, and no capacity to chase them manually.
I already use Mindbody. Do I have to switch?
No. Plebco runs alongside it.
I sell memberships. Does this still apply?
Yes, to a specific problem. A member who stops booking is still paying now and will cancel in a month or two. Plebco reaches out when a member’s own booking pattern breaks, which is the earliest signal you get.
My clients are health clients. Can I text them at all?
Plebco handles opt-out the way the rules require, including the confirmation message, and keeps a compliance record. It does not send clinical information and should not be used for anything that belongs in a patient record. If you operate under HIPAA, talk to your own counsel before connecting client data.
Will my clients know it’s automated?
Messages are written in your voice, from your tone settings, sent from a real number they can save and reply to. Plebco drafts the first few so it learns exactly how you talk.
How long does setup take?
About fifteen minutes. Import your clients, answer three questions about how you talk to people, done. Your first automated message usually goes out the same day.
What does texting cost?
Nothing extra. No per-message fees, no caps, no overage at any plan.
What happens to my client list if I leave?
It is yours. Export it any time. No contract, cancel whenever.
