Last updated: June 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Aurelia Mint LLC (dba “Plebco,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at plebco.us or our client lifecycle automation platform.
Who we are
Aurelia Mint LLC is a Delaware limited liability company operating Plebco, a SaaS platform that helps independent service businesses (hair salons, personal trainers, groomers, photographers, and similar) manage client communications and lifecycle automation.
This Privacy Policy covers two types of users:
- Business users — service business owners who sign up for Plebco to manage their client relationships
- End-user clients — clients of those service businesses, whose data is processed through the Plebco platform on behalf of the business
Information we collect
From business users
When you sign up for Plebco, we collect:
- Your name, business name, email address, and phone number
- Your business address and entity type
- Authentication information (we use Google or Apple OAuth; we do not store passwords)

- Usage data: which features you use, when, and how
From end-user clients of businesses on the Plebco platform
When you book an appointment with a business that uses Plebco, the business collects (and Plebco processes on their behalf):
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your appointment history with the business
- Notes the business records about your visits
- Your SMS opt-in status and opt-out history
- Inbound messages you send to the business and outbound messages the business sends to you

How we share information

- Supabase, Inc. — our database and authentication provider
- Twilio, Inc. — our SMS and voice infrastructure provider
- Anthropic, PBC — our AI provider; processes inbound message content to help draft replies
- Stripe, Inc. — our payment processor
- People Data Labs, Inc. — optional client enrichment, only when the business has enabled this feature

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data handling commitments.
Between business users and their end-user clients
A business using Plebco can see information about their own clients — including names, phone numbers, message history, appointment history, and (if the business has enabled enrichment) public-profile data. This is the core of the service: the business needs this data to serve their clients.
Legal requirements
We may share information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Plebco, our users, or others.
Business transfers
If Aurelia Mint LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you book an appointment with a business that uses Plebco, you may receive text messages from that business about your appointment. Specifically:

- Your phone number, provided by you at booking
- Your explicit opt-in to receive messages, including the date and time of consent
- Records of messages sent to and received from your phone number
- Your opt-out status if you reply STOP or otherwise unsubscribe
How we use SMS data:
- To send the messages you have consented to receive (appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional offers from the business)
- To respond to messages you send back to the business
- To honor opt-out requests
- To maintain TCPA-compliance records
Your rights:
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message
- You can request a record of messages sent to or received from your number by emailing support@plebco.us
- You can request deletion of your phone number and SMS records, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
